A Commitment to Mentorship and Collaboration
The Dean’s Award for Excellence in Mentoring is one of several annual awards presented by the SPH. Established in 2010, these awards celebrate faculty members who go above and beyond the usual call of duty, contributing to the teaching and mentoring of students, as well as engaging in interdisciplinary research collaborations with university colleagues and community partners.
Dr. Hughto’s work exemplifies these values. She has played a pivotal role in guiding her students through challenging academic and research endeavors, all while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Join us in congratulating Dr. Hughto for this incredible achievement and in celebrating the accomplishments of all those who contribute to the success and growth of our academic community.
